How will I be billed for my services?
We bill monthly, annually, biennilly and trienially in advance, starting from your sign up date.
How long does VPS provisioning take?
We provide almost-instant provisioning upon payment unless we are out of stock. All new orders are screened against fraud. Please allow some time if it’s your first order.
How long does VPS provisioning take?
Please ensure your billing information is accurate otherwise provisioning may be delayed by our anti-fraud systems. If you do not receive an email after payment, please check your spam/junk folder. You can also find a copy of any email we have sent you in your WHMCS Client Area.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my account?
Yes! Please contact us to upgrade or downgrade – only a reboot is required. If you are upgrading, you will be asked to pay the difference between your current plan and your new one. If you are downgrading, you must ensure that your server will have ample free space at the lower plan. Downgrading windows VPS can be done by reprovisioning of the VPS or recreating the VPS freshly.
Can I purchase an additional IP Address?
We offer additional IPv4 addresses at a reasonable cost, to purchase please submit a ticket.
Am I locked in to a contract?
No! You may cancel it by end of your billing cycle.
What control panel do you use?
We are using a custom control panel which is integrated in our client area and from there you can manage your VPS (reboot, Reload OS,etc.,).

Are the resources dedicated to my VPS?
We wont oversell the resources. The CPU, Memory and Disk space allocated is dedicated to your VPS and you can use it 24×7 without worrying of Load. We use Xen based Virtulalisation and it wont allow overselling like OpenVZ / Virtuozzo.
Which operating systems can I run on my server?
In our Linux VPS Hosting we offer all of the most popular Linux distributions such as CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora,etc., and in Windows VPS Hosting we offer Windows 2012, Windows 2016 and Windows 2019.
What virtualization technology do you use?
We utilize Xen virtualization technology.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in Chennai, India. We own all our servers, network and bandwidth.
Can I run Docker?
Unfortunately, Docker is not supported on our VPS hosting plans.
Do you offer IPv6?
Unfortunately we do not offer IPv6 right now.
Do you backup my VPS?
We take backups of our full infrastructure for disaster recovery purposes only. This means we are not able to restore from backups on demand.
Please note that your data is within your responsibility and we strongly encourage you to take frequent backups of it.
Is my VPS DDoS protected?
No, our system will automatically nullroute your IP address if an attack is received in 2 hours incrementials. This way a DDoS attack directing at an IP address wouldn’t affect its neighbors.
What kind of support will you provide?
This is an unmanaged service, as such we will promptly respond to all of your network, hardware or performance related issues. Our control panel will allow you to do most tasks yourself without having to contact us. If you dont know to manage your VPS anytime you can sign up for our VPS Management Plans.
What is the support ticket reply times?
We will try our best to answer your ticket as soon as possible. We maintain an average response time of ~15 minutes.
Do you have an uptime guarantee?
We guarantee that your VPS will be online 99.9% of the time
How safe is my data?
VPSJungle does not go through your data in any way. The only time your data will be available to us or anyone else will be with your consent or with a valid court order from a court or order from regulatory authorities.
What happens if I send SPAM?
VPSJungle does not allow automated email systems on VPSJungle network. Utilizing VPSJungle services to send bulk and/or commercial information, via any methods, is prohibited. Maintaining an open, unsecured SMTP relay is prohibited. Upon receipt of a complaint, VPSJungle will investigate the issue, and at VPSJungle’s discretion, will suspend or terminate the Subscriber’s account. VPSJungle reserves the right to prosecute, and to collect resultant legal fees.
What happens if I do stress testing on my VPS?
If you try to send DoS attacks from your VPS, do port scans or use it for brute forcing, our agreement will be void. We will terminate your VPS immediately and report your contact details to proper authorities.
What happens if my VPS receives frequent DoS/DDoS attacks?
We cannot tolerate frequent DDOS attacks, as such we will suspend your VPS and we will kindly ask you to leave with a prorated refund for your remaining days calculated on monthly pricing.
